We’re just going to say it: selfish lovers are the WORST. Not only does the lack of concern about whether or not you finish, or the disinterest in fulfilling your craziest fantasies make for a lousy session in the sack, it can spell disaster for a relationship, too. This post from Elite Daily spells out some of the reasons why dating a selfish lover is a terrible idea, besides just the fact that the sex is no good. While good sex strikes a perfect balance between give and take, if one person in a couple *never* gives in the bedroom, it's unlikely they're going to be very giving in the relationship either. The greedier the lover, the bigger the red flag and how a person behaves during sex is often how they'll behave in life, too. Additionally, if your partner doesn't make you feel comfortable to explore your sexuality in bed, and only expects his or her needs to be taken care of, they probably won't make you feel very comfortable or confident out of the sheets either. Someone who only cares about their sexual needs, or stops trying as soon as their needs are met, is probably not going to be very supportive of you and your goals or dreams.
